Remove fake or abusive Indeed company reviews in Singapore
Indeed acts on company reviews that break its content guidelines, for example by attacking a named manager, revealing private details or describing a job that never existed. NetClearer prepares the evidence and contacts Indeed directly for your Singapore company, under a signed authorisation. S$29 per review, fixed price, no extra fees.

What Indeed removes, and what it keeps
Indeed takes a review down only when it breaks the content guidelines. Strong criticism of pay, workload or management from a real employee is not a breach, and only its author can delete it. What we see Singapore employers bring to us, and what usually has a basis:
- Reviews naming a supervisor or HR officer and describing their private life, health or family.
- A cluster of reviews from people who never appear in your payroll records, posted after a public dispute or a retrenchment exercise.
- Reviews quoting an NRIC or FIN, a salary slip or an internal document that identifies a person.
- Text copied word for word across several posts, or reviews describing a client site or another Pte Ltd.
- Threats against staff, or insults about race or religion.
Candidates read Indeed and Glassdoor reviews before accepting an offer. Clearing out the reviews that break the rules lets the honest ones, good and bad, speak for you.
Why employer reports fail
Three mistakes account for most refusals. The report attacks a review that is merely negative. It guesses who the author is and says so, which reads as retaliation. Or it claims the person never worked there without anything Indeed can weigh.
We avoid all three. Your HR team checks, internally, whether the role, dates and location described match anyone on your records and tells us yes or no; no personal file leaves your company. Each report cites one guideline, quotes the exact words at issue and never names a suspected author.
What happens after you contact us
- Free assessment. Send the review links through the contact form, or by Messenger. You get a list: reportable, not reportable, and why.
- Order. You pay by card through Stripe for the reviews we agreed to take on.
- Signed authorisation. We act for the company under a signed authorisation. We never need your Indeed employer login, are never added to your account, and your HR team never has to file the report itself.
- Report to Indeed. We contact Indeed directly, cite the guideline and attach the evidence.
- Outcome. You receive Indeed’s decision for each review.
When a review exposes an employee
Publishing someone’s identity information to cause harassment, alarm, distress or humiliation is doxxing under section 3(1)(c) of the Protection from Harassment Act. Since 29 June 2026, the employee concerned can report it free of charge to the Online Safety Commission (OSC) at report.osc.gov.sg, with proof of identity. That includes staff on an Employment Pass, S Pass or Work Permit, not only citizens and PRs. The company cannot report in its own name, and reviews about the business itself are outside the Commission’s remit.
The PDPA does not apply to individuals acting in a personal capacity (section 4(1)(a)), so it gives no claim against an anonymous reviewer, and there is no general right to erasure. In practice, Indeed’s rules are the fastest lever. For defamation, see a lawyer: we are not a law firm. For copies of the details elsewhere, see doxxing removal.

Frequently asked questions
Can Indeed remove a review from a real former employee?
Yes, but only when that review breaks the guidelines, for instance by naming and insulting a colleague or disclosing private information. Being a former employee does not protect a review that crosses those lines, and being negative is not enough to remove one that stays within them.
Will the former employee know the company reported the review?
The report goes to Indeed, which assesses it itself, and we never contact the reviewer. Our reports stick to the guideline and the words at issue, never to the person’s identity or motives, so nothing in them could be read as retaliation if it ever became visible.
Can you also handle our Glassdoor and JobStreet reviews?
Glassdoor has its own page and process on our site. For JobStreet or LinkedIn, send us the links during the free assessment and we tell you whether a report has a reasonable basis under that platform’s rules before you pay anything.
Can our HR manager not just report it from our Indeed account?
Reporting it yourself is free, and some companies do. Clients hire us when earlier reports were refused, when there are several reviews, or when they want the case handled discreetly and properly documented. We file under your authorisation, so nobody on your side has to draft or submit anything.
