Remove leaked media, doxxing and fake accounts from X
NetClearer removes harmful content about people in Singapore from X (Twitter): intimate clips reposted by NSFW “SG” accounts, posts revealing your address or number, and accounts pretending to be you. Each post is reported under the right X policy, followed to a decision, then the matching Google results are handled. S$42 per link, no extra fees.

Why X matters for Singapore users
x.com was the eighth most visited website in Singapore in August 2026, with about 20.5 million visits (Semrush). X allows adult content, so accounts branded “SG” collect and repost leaked videos of local women, often tagging a name or Instagram handle, and link out to Telegram channels.
X is designated under IMDA’s Code of Practice for Online Safety, and in March 2026 IMDA sent it a letter of caution over weak detection of child sexual exploitation material and placed it under enhanced supervision. It is also a prescribed platform under the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025: it must act on an online harm notice about intimate images within 24 hours, or 6 hours where intimate parts are exposed, and on doxxing within 48 hours.
What X’s policies allow us to remove
- Non-consensual nudity. X says it permanently suspends accounts identified as the original poster of intimate media shared without consent. Anyone, not only the victim, can report creepshots, upskirts and intimate images posted with identifying details.
- Private information. Home addresses, identity documents such as an NRIC or FIN, phone numbers and financial details. X may act on a home address even when it is findable elsewhere, because of the risk of physical harm.
- Impersonation. You do not need an X account: the person impersonated or an authorised representative files X’s Help Center form.
- Coordinated harassment where a thread targets you repeatedly or calls others to pile on.
Our method on X
- Evidence. We record each post URL, the account handle and dated screenshots. You never send us the video; we describe it in neutral terms.
- The right category. Leaked clips go through the unauthorised photo or video route with the intimate-content option; addresses and NRICs through private information; fakes through the impersonation form. A vague “abusive” reason is a common cause of closed reports.
- Mapping the network. Leak accounts quote and repost each other. We list every copy, on X and on linked Telegram channels and tube sites, so removals are filed together.
- Google. We ask Google to drop leaked images and pages under its non-consensual explicit imagery policy, including the separate form for AI-generated imagery.
- Re-upload checks with the monitoring packs.
Singapore law and the Online Safety Commission
Distributing or threatening to distribute an intimate image without consent is an offence under Penal Code s 377BE, punishable by up to 5 years’ jail, a fine or caning. Since 17 August 2026, s 377BE(5)(b) expressly covers images altered or generated to appear to show you, and s 377BD(5) makes producing such an image an offence in itself. Doxxing falls under POHA s 3(1)(c), and s 5(1A) where it invites violence.
The Online Safety Commission (OSC) can direct X to disable access to intimate images and doxxing, free, for citizens, PRs and valid pass holders who report with proof of identity; in one reported case a direction removed AI-generated nudes across more than 1,000 posts. Use it if you qualify. NetClearer adds what a direction does not reach: tube sites and mirror domains, impersonation (not yet covered), Google requests, and monitoring.
Prices
S$42 for one link (action within 48 hours), S$99 for three (36 hours), S$286 for ten (24 hours, with a removal report), S$501 for twenty with re-upload monitoring. Monthly plans from S$113. Fixed prices, no extra fees, secure card payment via Stripe. We promise actions and timelines, not X’s decision. Send the links for a free assessment; details on pricing and other sites on platforms. Frequently asked questions
The account posting my video has thousands of followers. Does that make removal harder?
Not under X’s intimate media policy: account size does not change the rule. What matters is showing the content is intimate and posted without consent, with the exact post URL. We describe it in clinical terms, so you never send the video to anyone, including us.
Can I find out who runs the leak account?
Platforms rarely reveal this to a private person. Under the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act, a victim who intends to sue can apply to the OSC for end-user identity information, within 12 months. The police can also request data in a criminal case. We focus on getting the content down.
My address was posted in a thread but is also in old public records. Will X still act?
It can. X states it may act on a home address shared without permission even if publicly available, because of the risk of physical harm. We show how the thread targets you. The OSC also treats sharing your address to cause alarm or distress as doxxing, unlike news reports on court cases.
What if the clip comes back after removal?
Leak accounts often re-upload under new handles. With the 20, 50 or 100 link packs or a monthly plan, we search for new copies on X and elsewhere and report them as they appear. Hashing the images on StopNCII.org also helps block known copies on partner platforms.
