Pick the problem you are facing. Each page explains the Singapore rules that apply, what the Online Safety Commission already covers, how we handle the rest and what it costs.

Something just went viral?

A post about you is spreading on Telegram, Reddit or HardwareZone? Our crisis team responds 24/7.

From HardwareZone to Telegram, each site has its own process

Forums, social networks, leak channels and review sites all handle reports differently. We use the right route for each one and follow it until there is a decision.

All platforms we handle

Delete it where it lives, then clear it from Google

We work in this order so the content is gone for good, not just harder to find.

01

Removal at the source

We ask the forum, platform, publisher or hosting company to delete the post, image, profile or review itself. Once deleted there, every copy that depended on it, including search results and AI answers, goes with it.

02

De-indexing from Google

If a site ignores us or sits outside Singapore’s reach, we ask Google to drop the page or image from its results under its own policies (intimate images, doxxing, personal contact details). The page may survive, but searches for your name no longer lead to it.

Clear steps, fixed prices

  1. 01

    Send the links confidentially

Use the form below: links and screenshots with dates are enough, never the images themselves. The assessment is free.

  2. 02

Get a plan within 24 hours

We tell you what can come down, through which route (platform, OSC, host or Google), how long it usually takes and the price in S$.

  3. 03

    We act and keep watch

We file and follow up every request, send you proof, and on eligible plans keep checking for copies.

Singapore law is on your side

Our requests rely on each platform’s rules and on the Singapore laws below. Where a free public route fits your case, we tell you.

OSRAA 2025

Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act

Since 29 June 2026 the Online Safety Commission can order the removal of intimate images, child images and doxxing, free of charge, for citizens, PRs and valid pass holders.

POHA 2014

Protection from Harassment Act

Protection orders against harassment and doxxing, and orders to stop or correct false statements, through the Protection from Harassment Court.

Penal Code 1871

Intimate image offences

Sharing or threatening to share an intimate image without consent is a crime. Since 17 August 2026 this also covers AI-generated images.

PDPA 2012

Personal Data Protection Act

Organisations must protect your personal data and stop using it when you withdraw consent. There is no general right to erasure, so removal relies on platform rules and the source.

CPFTA 2003

Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act

Fake reviews are an unfair practice. On 30 September 2026 the CCS acted against 45 businesses and a fake-review provider.

Time matters

Copies spread within hours

Leaked content is reposted fast on Telegram and leak sites. Keep the links, screenshots and dates, and report early: to the platform, the OSC or the police, and to us for everything they do not cover.

NetClearer is an online reputation company, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. When a case needs a formal complaint or court action, we tell you and help you gather the evidence your lawyer will need.

Questions Singaporeans ask us

Should I report to the Online Safety Commission first?

Yes, if you are a citizen, PR or valid pass holder (Work Permit, S Pass, EP, Dependant’s Pass, student pass…) facing intimate image abuse, child image abuse or doxxing: it is free. We cover the rest: overseas and adult sites, Google results, re-uploads, businesses and other harms.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Only the team handling your case sees your information. We never contact your employer, your family or the person who posted without your approval, never ask for your passwords, and handle your data in line with the PDPA.

Can you remove anything?

No, and nobody honest can promise that. Content that breaks a platform’s rules or the law can usually be removed. If something cannot be, we tell you before you pay and suggest what else can be done.

How long does it take?

Fake accounts and clear rule breaches often take a few days. Forum threads, articles and search results can take a few weeks. You get a realistic timeline with your quote.

How much does it cost?

Prices are fixed and public: from S$42 per link and S$29 per review removal request, no extra fees. Packs and monthly plans lower the price per link. Payment is by card, securely through Stripe.

Do you help expats, visitors and businesses?

Yes. Pass holders can also use the OSC, and we work alongside it. Visitors, people living abroad, anonymous victims and companies are outside the OSC: we handle their cases fully online, including content hosted outside Singapore.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed S$ price.
