Get a leaked video of you taken down in Singapore

When a private or secretly filmed video of you circulates, NetClearer files a takedown for each copy (Telegram messages, Pornhub, xHamster, XVideos, Reddit, X), asks Google to remove the results and checks for re-uploads. You share links, never the video, and nobody at your workplace or home hears from us. S$42 per link, no extra fees.

The first hour: evidence that platforms and the OSC accept

  • Copy the exact URL of every copy. For Telegram, that is the message link (t.me/channel/1234), not just the channel name. Reports on a channel name alone are often closed without action.
  • Screenshot the context with the date and time visible: page title, account name, caption, view count. Crop out the intimate part. The Online Safety Commission asks for exactly this.
  • Do not message the uploader or the group. It tends to trigger reposts on new channels, or deleted accounts before evidence is saved.
  • Report to the OSC at report.osc.gov.sg if you are a citizen, PR or valid pass holder. Intimate image abuse goes straight to it; no platform report is needed first. Have your NRIC or pass ready.
  • Call 999 if you are in danger or the person who filmed is nearby. Otherwise lodge a police report online at police.gov.sg.

Filmed with consent or filmed in secret: two different offences

You agreed to the filming, not to the sharing. Distributing an intimate recording without consent, or threatening to, is an offence under Penal Code s 377BE, punishable by up to 5 years’ jail, a fine, caning, or any combination. Consent to the recording is no defence to sharing it.

You never knew a camera was there. Hidden cameras in rented HDB rooms, gym changing rooms or toilets, and upskirt clips on the MRT, fall under voyeurism (s 377BB) and distributing a voyeuristic recording (s 377BC). Report these to the police: whoever filmed you may have other victims, and the original files are evidence.

For removal, the difference does not matter. Platforms and Google treat both as non-consensual intimate imagery, and you do not have to prove who uploaded it.

Which report we file on which site

Where the video isRoute we use
Telegram public channel or groupIn-app report plus an email to abuse@telegram.org listing each message link. See Telegram removal.
Pornhub, xHamster, XVideosThe site’s own non-consent removal form, not a copyright claim, then the host. See adult site removal.
“SG leak” and mirror sitesAbuse notice to the hosting company and domain registrar under their acceptable-use rules.
RedditReddit’s report form for intimate media posted without consent, plus the subreddit moderators. See Reddit removal.
X (Twitter)X’s non-consensual nudity report. X must act on OSC notices within 24 hours, or 6 where nudity is explicit. See removal from X.
Google Search and ImagesGoogle’s non-consensual explicit imagery form, for the page and its thumbnails.

Where the OSC stops and we continue

The OSC is free and can direct the poster, the channel administrator or the platform to disable access; ignoring a direction is a crime. For one leak on a major platform, that may be enough.

Leaked videos rarely stay in one place. When an offshore tube or mirror site ignores an OSC direction, the remedy is blocking for users in Singapore: the copy stays online abroad and behind a VPN, and each new mirror needs a fresh report. The OSC also does not monitor for re-uploads. That long tail is our work: dozens of links, sites that ignore email, Google results, and checking again weeks later. File with the OSC and with us at the same time if you wish.

What cannot be removed

  • Private Telegram groups and chats: Telegram states it does not process requests about them. The OSC can direct a group administrator, and the police can act against the sender.
  • WhatsApp and direct messages: no outside service can delete them.
  • Files already downloaded: no. Removing public copies is what stops the video being found and passed on.

Price and next step

S$42 for one link (action within 48 hours), S$99 for three (36 hours), S$286 for ten (24 hours, removal report), S$501 for twenty with re-upload monitoring. Larger packs and monthly plans suit videos spread across many sites. Fixed prices, no extra fees, secure card payment via Stripe.

Send the links confidentially through the contact form for a free assessment: we reply within 24 hours with the route for each link and the exact cost. Messenger is available too. For all image-based cases, see removing intimate images.

Frequently asked questions

The video was filmed with my consent. Can it still be removed?

Yes. Platforms, hosts and Google look at whether you agreed to publication, not to filming. Sharing it without your consent is also an offence under Penal Code s 377BE, which we can cite in requests to sites that hesitate.

The video is on a site hosted outside Singapore. Is that a problem?

It is the usual situation. We use the site’s own form, then its hosting company and domain registrar. If a site still refuses, Google can remove the page and thumbnails from its results, so a search for your name no longer leads there.

How long does it take?

We start within 48 hours for one link, 36 hours for three and 24 hours for ten or more. The decision then belongs to each platform or Google: large sites often decide in days, small hosts can take weeks. We follow up until each link is resolved, but cannot promise the outcome.

Will my name appear anywhere?

The non-consent forms we use do not pass your identity to the uploader. A copyright notice usually does, so we only send one with your agreement. We never contact your employer, school or family, and we never need your passwords.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed S$ price.
