Remove a leaked private video

When a private video of you is spreading, NetClearer reports every copy we can find: Telegram channels, X reposts, TikTok teaser clips, overseas tube sites and the Google results that lead to them. You send links, never the video. RM133 per link, fixed price, no extra fees, and work starts within 48 hours.

How a leaked video travels in Malaysia

Most leaks follow the same path. The video first goes to a small circle: a group chat, a former partner’s friends, a cloud account that was opened by someone else. Within days a short clip appears on a public Telegram channel or an X account, often with your name, your town or your workplace in the caption. TikTok and Facebook accounts then post blurred teasers pointing to “the full link”, and threads on Lowyat or Cari ask who has it. Finally the full file lands on overseas tube sites, under titles that Google indexes.

That chain matters because every stage needs a different report. Removing the first Telegram post does not touch the tube copy, and removing the tube copy does not clear the Google result that shows your name next to it.

Your name next to the video

For many clients the worst part is not the file itself but a search for their name that shows it. Google’s policy on personal sexual content covers the pages and images that show you, and also results that wrongly tie your name to explicit material. We list every query that matters (your full name, nickname, name plus town or employer) and request removal for each result, so the video cannot be found by someone who simply types your name. Read more on removing links from Google.

Our process for a leaked video

  1. You send the first links through the contact form or Messenger. One link is enough to start; we find the rest.
  2. Free assessment before any payment: list of copies found, route for each, and the exact price for the pack that fits.
  3. Source reports filed within 48 hours of payment (sooner on larger packs), including the MCMC complaint, which section 24 of the Online Safety Act allows any user to make.
  4. Google requests for every page, image and name query.
  5. Re-upload watch. With the 20-link pack (RM1,600) or a monthly plan, we search again for new titles and new mirror domains and report each one.

If you know who leaked it

When the uploader is a former partner, a classmate or a colleague, you have more options than a stranger leak gives you. The Anti-Sexual Harassment Tribunal hears online cases, charges a RM30 filing fee and can award up to RM250,000; a RM60,000 award over shared intimate photos was upheld by the High Court in June 2026. A police report can support charges such as Penal Code section 507B. These are your decisions, and we are not a law firm: we give you a clean evidence file for a lawyer, the Tribunal or the police, and keep working on removal in parallel. We never contact the person ourselves.

Limits we tell you about upfront

  • Private chats and closed groups cannot be reached from outside; Telegram itself does not process requests about them, and the Online Safety Act excludes private messaging.
  • Copies on someone’s phone stay there. Our work cuts the public paths that let the video spread.
  • A few overseas sites never answer. We then go to their host and to Google, so the page stops being found.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to watch the video?

No. We work from links, page titles and screenshots that hide the intimate content. Platforms and Google also review reports from the link, so you never have to send the file to anyone, including us. If a form needs a description, we keep it neutral and factual.

The video is already blocked in Malaysia. Is that enough?

Not usually. A site blocked by Malaysian ISPs is still online abroad, often on a mirror address, and anyone with a VPN can reach it. Google can still index it too. We aim at removal at the host and in search results, not only the local block.

How long does it take?

We act within 48 hours of payment, within 24 hours on the 10-link pack. Licensed platforms must assess within 12 hours under the Online Safety Act. Overseas sites and Google have no legal deadline, so we follow up on each link and report back.

Can you also remove it from WhatsApp groups?

No one can remove a file from a private chat from the outside. What we can do is remove the public copies those chats link to, so forwarded links stop working. If the sender threatens you, see our sextortion help page and consider a police report.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed RM price.
