Prices in Malaysian ringgit (RM), no extra fees. One “URL” is one link, image or video. For reviews, the platform decides whether and when the review is removed.

What one link means

A link is one URL where the content appears: one Facebook post, one TikTok video, one Telegram message, one forum thread, one Google image result or one fake profile. The price of a link covers the full job on it: the report at the source, follow-up until the platform decides, and the request to Google to drop the same page from its results where that applies.

Ten screenshots inside one post are still one link. The same video re-uploaded on three sites is three links. For reviews, one review on Google, Shopee, Lazada or another platform counts as one, whatever its length.

Payment, receipts and timelines

  • Card payment through Stripe, in Malaysian ringgit, on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see your card number.
  • Online banking (FPX), DuitNow, Touch ’n Go eWallet and GrabPay are not available.
  • Fixed price, no extra fees. The amount shown is the amount charged. No file fee, no deposit, no success bonus.
  • Visible timelines. Work starts within 48 hours of payment for a single link, faster with packs. Platforms usually answer within days; Google and small websites can take longer, and we follow up on every link.
  • Confirmation by email after payment, then updates from us as each link progresses.

What the price does not buy

We sell actions and timelines, not results. The platform, website or Google decides whether content breaks its rules, so we never promise a removal. That is also why the free assessment comes first: if a link has little chance, we tell you before you pay.

Payments are not refundable; the only exception is a withdrawal right where the law makes it mandatory, as set out in our terms of service. We are not a law firm, and the price does not include legal advice, court filings or police reports, which you make in person at a police station with the evidence pack we prepare.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any tax or charge on top of the price?

No. The price shown in ringgit is the full price you pay, with no extra fees added at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees, as with any card payment to a company abroad: NetClearer is run from France.

Why can I not pay with FPX or Touch ’n Go?

Our payments run through Stripe, and these Malaysian methods are not available for our account. Card payment works with Malaysian debit and credit cards. We prefer to say so clearly rather than show payment logos we cannot honour.

What happens if the platform refuses?

We check whether another rule or route applies, such as a different policy, the website host, Google or an MCMC complaint, and try it within the same link. If nothing applies, we tell you plainly and explain why.

Do I pay before or after the assessment?

After. You send the links, we tell you what can be done, how and at what price. You only pay if you decide to go ahead, and work starts within 48 hours of your payment.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed RM price.
