Prices in Hong Kong dollars (HK$), fixed, with no extra fees. One “URL” is one link, image or video. For reviews, the platform decides whether and when the review is removed.
How we count a link
We price per URL, because each address needs its own request. One LIHKG thread, one Telegram message, one Instagram post, one adult-site page, one Google image result or one impersonation profile is one link. The price covers the whole job on that address: the report to the site, every follow-up until it decides, and the matching request to Google so the same page drops out of search where Google’s policies allow it.
A thread with twenty replies quoting your name is still one link. A video copied to four different sites is four links. A review counts once, whether it sits on Google Maps, OpenRice, Facebook or a booking site, and however long it is.

Payment and what happens after
- Card payment through Stripe, charged in Hong Kong dollars on Stripe’s secure checkout. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted; your card number never reaches us.
- FPS, PayMe and Octopus are not available yet. We would rather say so than display payment logos we cannot accept.
- Fixed price, no extra fees. Hong Kong has no sales tax, and the amount on the quotation is the amount charged: no deposit, no file fee, no success bonus.
- Clear start times. Work begins within 48 hours of payment for one link and sooner with packs. Large platforms usually reply within days; Google, forums and small hosts can take longer, and we chase every link.
- Written updates by email after payment, then as each link moves forward.
What is outside the price
You pay for actions and timelines, never for a result. The platform, the website, Google or the PCPD decides whether content breaks its rules, so no removal is promised. This is why the written assessment comes before payment: when a link has little chance, you hear it from us first.
Payments are non-refundable, as stated in our terms of service. NetClearer is not a law firm: the price excludes legal advice, solicitor’s letters, injunctions and court filings. Police reports are made by you at a station or through the e-Report Centre, using the evidence pack we prepare. We do not handle political, national-security or public-interest content.
Frequently asked questions
Is anything added to the price at checkout?
No. The Hong Kong dollar amount shown is the full amount charged, with no extra fees. Your card issuer may add its own foreign transaction charge, since NetClearer is operated by SUPER WEBMASTER in France and payments are processed abroad.
Why can I not pay by FPS, PayMe or Octopus?
Our checkout runs on Stripe, and those Hong Kong methods are not offered on our account at present. Any Hong Kong credit or debit card works, as do Apple Pay and Google Pay on your mobile.
What if the platform says no?
We look for another rule or route for the same link, such as a different policy, the site’s host, Google, or a PCPD doxxing complaint when the facts fit and you authorise it in writing. If no route is left, we explain why in plain words.
Can I get a written quotation before paying?
Yes, that is how every case starts. You send the links, and within 24 hours we reply in writing with what can be done, the route for each link, a realistic timeline and the fixed price. You pay only if you decide to go ahead.
