Our story

SUPER WEBMASTER was founded in Paris in 2018 by Pierre Billard, first as a web development and SEO agency. An article he published on “how to disappear from the internet” triggered an unexpected wave of requests from people who needed help. Online visibility is essential, but it can also become a burden, and sometimes a danger.

NetClearer was launched in March 2021 to answer that need. Since then, it has helped more than 2,000 clients in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Canada (netclearer.fr). NetClearer Hong Kong applies the same methods to the platforms Hong Kong uses every day, from Facebook, Instagram and Telegram to LIHKG, OpenRice and Google reviews, alongside the free routes offered by the PCPD and RainLily.

Our founder

Pierre Billard, founder and CEO, is a former military officer turned web developer and content removal specialist. He brings the rigour of his first career to every case and personally oversees how cases are assessed, whatever their budget. He is trained in data protection (GDPR course of the CNIL, the French data protection authority) and in open-source investigation (OSINT).

“I prefer to announce a limit at the start rather than a failure at the end.”

Our commitments

  • Honesty first. Free assessment, and we tell you before you pay if something can’t be removed.
  • Transparent prices, published in Hong Kong dollar, with no extra fees.
  • Only legitimate methods: platform rules and the law. Never fake reviews, fake accounts, mass-reporting or hacking.
  • Strict confidentiality. Your information is shared only with the organisations that receive our requests.
  • Your safety comes first. We never ask for intimate images, only links.
  • We are not a law firm, and we say so. When you need a lawyer, we tell you.
