Content removal prices in Singapore dollars

NetClearer charges a fixed price per link to remove from a website or from Google, from S$42, and per review, from S$29. Larger packs lower the price per link, start work faster and add monitoring for re-uploads. Every order starts with a free, confidential assessment, and the price shown is the price you pay: no extra fees.

Prices in Singapore dollars, no extra fees. One “URL” is one link, image or video. For reviews, the platform decides whether and when the review is removed.

What one link means

A link is one web address (URL) where the content appears: an EDMW thread on HardwareZone, an r/singapore post, a Telegram channel message, a Stomp article, a page on an adult site, a Google Images result. If the same photo sits on five different pages, that is five links, because each page is a separate request to a separate site.

One link covers the whole job for that address: finding the right report route, filing the request with the evidence, and following up until the site or Google decides. For reviews, the unit is one review on one platform.

Packs for links and pages
PackPriceWhat changes
1 linkS$42Action started within 48 hours
3 linksS$99Action within 36 hours
10 linksS$286Action within 24 hours, written removal report
20 linksS$501Monitoring for re-uploads included
50 linksS$1,076For widespread leaks and mirror sites
100 linksS$1,866For large-scale cases

Hours run from your order, once we have the links. They are the time within which we start acting; the site or Google then decides at its own pace. We promise the work and the follow-up, never the outcome, and nobody honest can promise more.

Which pack to choose

  • A single post or article: 1 link, for example one forum post or one news page.
  • A doxxing post shared in a few places: 3 links usually covers the original post and the first copies. See doxxing removal.
  • Leaked photos or videos: start at 10 or 20 links. Intimate content spreads to Telegram channels, tube sites and Google Images within days, and the 20-link pack adds monitoring. See intimate image removal.
  • Ongoing exposure (a business targeted repeatedly, a public figure, content that keeps returning): monthly plans from S$113, with monitoring.
  • Fake reviews: 1 review S$29, 3 reviews S$78, 10 reviews S$214. See fake review removal.

Not sure? Send the links through the contact form and we recommend the smallest pack that fits, without obligation.

Free routes first, and when people still hire us

The Online Safety Commission (OSC) is free. It takes reports from citizens, PRs and holders of a valid pass, including Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Student’s Pass. Intimate image abuse, image-based child abuse and doxxing go to it directly; harassment and stalking go to the platform first, then to the Commission if there is no adequate response within 24 hours. For scams, call the ScamShield Helpline on 1799; for threats or blackmail, contact the police.

Clients come to us when their case falls outside those routes or when they want the legwork done: tourists and people abroad without a pass, businesses and reviews, harms the Commission does not yet cover, adult and tube sites, many copies at once, re-uploads to watch, or simply wanting one discreet team to file everything properly. We tell you at the assessment if a free route fits better.

Payment, GST and confidentiality

You pay by card through Stripe’s secure payment page, which may also offer the wallets your card supports; we never see your full card number. PayNow is not available. You pay only after the assessment has told you which links or reviews we will act on, so the scope is fixed before you commit.

NetClearer is not registered for GST in Singapore and no GST is charged: the price shown is the total. We do not offer refunds, which is why the assessment comes first and why we decline cases without a basis. Full conditions are in our terms.

Your case stays confidential. We need links and screenshots with dates, never the intimate images themselves, and never your passwords. Requests are made by NetClearer, and we never contact your employer, your family or the person who posted the content.

Frequently asked questions

Why pay when the Online Safety Commission is free?

If you are eligible and the harm is one the Commission covers, use it: it is free and often fast. Many cases fall outside it: businesses and reviews, visitors and people abroad without a pass, content it does not yet cover, adult sites, repeated re-uploads. That is where we work, and we tell you honestly which route fits.

Are there extra fees on top of the pack price?

No. The price on this page is what you pay for the links or reviews in your pack, with no extra fees for filing, follow-up or Google requests, and no GST is charged. You see the total on the Stripe payment page before you confirm.

What if a site refuses to remove a link?

We do not promise outcomes that belong to the platform or to Google. When a site refuses, we try the other routes available, such as its host or a Google de-indexing request, and explain each decision in plain terms. That is why we assess every link before you pay.

Can I pay by PayNow or bank transfer?

Not at present. Payment is by card through Stripe, whose secure page shows the exact total in Singapore dollars before you confirm. Many clients start with the most visible link, then order a larger pack once they see the full spread; the assessment is free every time.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed S$ price.
