Remove intimate images of you from the internet in Singapore

If nude photos, a private video or an AI-made fake of you is online, NetClearer reports each copy to the site hosting it, asks Google to remove it from Search and Images, and checks for re-uploads. You send links, never the images, and we never contact your employer or family. S$42 per link, no extra fees.

The Online Safety Commission first, NetClearer for what it leaves

Since 29 June 2026 the Online Safety Commission (OSC), created under the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025, takes intimate image abuse reports directly at report.osc.gov.sg, with no need to report to the platform first. It is free. It can direct the poster, a group or channel administrator or the platform to stop or disable access, and ignoring a direction is a criminal offence. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok and HardwareZone must also act on notices about intimate images within 24 hours, or 6 hours where genitals or breasts are exposed.

Who can report: citizens, permanent residents and holders of a valid pass, including Work Permit (migrant domestic workers too), S Pass, Employment Pass, EntrePass, Dependant’s Pass, LTVP and Student’s Pass. You must give proof of identity (NRIC or pass) and cannot report anonymously, but someone you authorise in writing may file for you. Tourists, people without a valid pass and people living abroad are not eligible.

What the OSC does not do: watch for re-uploads, or delete a copy worldwide from an offshore site that ignores it. The remedy there is blocking for users in Singapore, so the page stays reachable abroad or through a VPN, and every new mirror needs a new report.

  • OSC alone for a fresh leak on one mainstream platform, especially if you know who posted it.
  • NetClearer for tube and “SG leak” sites, Google results, dozens of links, re-upload monitoring, or if you are not eligible.
  • Both at once when the content has spread: we can prepare the link list and dated evidence your OSC report needs.

Choose the situation closest to yours

Each case needs a different first move; the method and price stay the same.

Where intimate content of Singaporeans tends to surface

The usual path: a private chat, a Telegram channel, tube sites copying each other, then Google. Pornhub, xHamster and XVideos all rank among the 14 most visited websites in Singapore (Semrush, August 2026).

  • Telegram “SG” channels. The “SG Nasi Lemak” group had more than 40,000 members in 2019 and its administrator was jailed. Telegram does not process requests about private groups: Telegram removal.
  • Tube and leak sites that rename the same clip: adult site removal.
  • Reddit NSFW subreddits and naming threads: Reddit removal.
  • X accounts reposting local clips: removal from X.
  • HardwareZone EDMW threads linking to the material: HardwareZone removal.
  • Google Search and Images, which lead people to all of the above: remove links from Google.

Singapore law, section by section

  • Penal Code s 377BE: distributing, or threatening to distribute, an intimate image or recording without consent. Up to 5 years’ jail, a fine, caning, or any combination. Since 17 August 2026, s 377BE(5)(b) covers images altered or generated to appear to show you.
  • Penal Code s 377BD(5): producing an intimate image of someone without consent, including generating or altering it (in force 17 August 2026).
  • Penal Code ss 377BB and 377BC: voyeurism and distributing a voyeuristic recording, for hidden-camera and upskirt clips.
  • OSRAA statutory torts: a civil claim against the poster, administrator or platform, with minimum damages of S$5,000 per image or recording. An End-User Identity application, within 12 months, can identify an anonymous poster first.
  • Protection from Harassment Act: protection orders through the Protection from Harassment Court, including expedited orders heard within 2 working days; the filing fee is S$30.

The PDPA does not apply to individuals acting in a personal capacity (s 4(1)(a)) and gives no right to erasure, so it rarely helps here. NetClearer is not a law firm: this is information, not legal advice. For court orders or damages, see a lawyer or the Protection from Harassment Court.

How a removal works with us

  1. Free assessment within 24 hours. Send the links through the contact form (Messenger works too). We reply with the route for each link and a fixed price. Nothing is charged before you agree.
  2. Source takedowns. We file each site’s non-consent form, write to the host and registrar when a site stalls, and keep every reference number.
  3. Google. We request removal of pages and thumbnails under Google’s non-consensual explicit imagery policy, which also covers synthetic images.
  4. Follow-up. We recheck each link until it is decided and send you the status. Packs of 20 links or more include re-upload monitoring.

Why self-filed requests stall, and what we do instead

  • Reporting a channel, not the message. Telegram, the OSC and tube sites act on exact URLs, such as t.me/channel/1234. We list every one.
  • Using a copyright notice by default. It usually passes your name and contact details to the uploader. We use the non-consent route unless you own the footage and agree.
  • Undated screenshots. The OSC asks for screenshots with dates and times plus the URL. We prepare them, with the intimate part cropped out.
  • Forgetting Google. A deleted page can still show as a thumbnail in Google Images. We request that removal too.

Prices in Singapore dollars

One fixed price per link, whatever the website. A link is one URL: a post, a video page, a Telegram message or a search result. We promise when work starts, not the platform’s decision.

Free support in Singapore

  • Police: 999 or SMS 70999 if you are in danger; otherwise lodge a report online at police.gov.sg, especially for threats, hidden cameras or anyone under 18.
  • SHECARES@SCWO: helpline 8001 01 4616 (Mon–Fri, 9am–9pm), free counselling and free legal clinics.
  • National Anti-Violence and Sexual Harassment Helpline: 1800-777 0000, 24 hours.
  • StopNCII.org: makes a fingerprint of the image on your own device so participating platforms block matching uploads.

Frequently asked questions

I am on a work pass, not a citizen. Can I still get help?

Yes. Holders of a valid pass, including Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass and Dependant’s Pass, can report to the OSC like citizens and PRs. Our service has no residency condition at all: platforms and Google accept requests from the person shown, wherever they live.

Why pay you when the OSC is free?

If the OSC covers your case, use it first. People hire us for what it leaves: offshore tube and leak sites, Google Images, dozens of links, re-uploads months later, or not being eligible. The assessment is free either way.

Do you need to see the photos or video?

No. We work from links only, and platforms, hosts and Google assess the page themselves. If you send screenshots to show where something appears, crop or blur the intimate part first. We never ask for passwords.

Is everything kept confidential?

Yes. Your details are used only to file requests, and the poster is not told who reported. If a route legally requires your name, such as a copyright notice, we explain why and wait for your agreement. The OSC likewise withholds your identity unless it is necessary to act.

What if the person shown is under 18?

Go to the police and the OSC first. A parent or guardian can report to the OSC for a child under 18, and images of children under 16 are a priority harm. We then help with remaining public copies and search results, never by handling the material itself.

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll take it from here.

Free, confidential assessment. Send the links through the form: we reply within 24 hours with the route and the fixed S$ price.
