Remove a leaked video or post from X (Twitter)
A leaked video, private photo or your personal details were posted on X? NetClearer reports each post and account under X’s non-consensual nudity and private content policies, follows up until X decides, and asks Google to drop the links. You never send us the video. From ₱2,050 per link, taxes included.

What we remove on X
- Leaked intimate videos and photos posted or reposted without your consent, including AI-edited images of you.
- “Alter” accounts whose main activity is reposting scandal clips of identifiable people.
- Doxxing posts with your home address, phone number, ID or bank details.
- Private photos or videos of you shared without consent, even when they are not intimate.
- Google results for X posts and profiles that show this content.
“Alter” accounts: why they are hard to stop
In the Philippines, “alter” accounts are anonymous X profiles that post adult content and often trade or repost leaked clips. One video can be reposted by dozens of them within hours, and quote posts and replies spread the link further.
Reporting the first post is not enough. We collect every post URL, the accounts that reposted it, and the ones that link to Telegram or scandal sites, then report them as one case so X can see the pattern.
X’s non-consensual nudity policy
X’s non-consensual nudity policy forbids posting intimate photos or videos of someone without their consent. Since its latest update it also covers synthetic images created or altered with AI that show an identifiable person in an intimate context. X can remove the media and suspend the account that first posted it.
X’s help center states that you do not need an X account to report intimate media. We file the report with each post link, explain that the person shown did not consent, and do not attach the content itself.
X’s private information policy
X’s private content policy (formerly the private information and media policy) forbids publishing someone’s private information without permission, such as a home address, phone number or ID documents, and sharing private media of a private person without their consent. When the person shown, or their authorised representative, reports it, X removes the media.
X looks at context: information already public elsewhere may not count as private, but X says it can still act on home addresses because of the risk of harm, and it acts when the intent is to harass.
Google de-indexing of X posts
X posts and profiles appear in Google, sometimes for days after removal. Once a post is gone, we ask Google to refresh the outdated result. While it is still online, we ask Google to remove intimate images under its policy on non-consensual explicit imagery, and personal details such as your address or phone number under its personal information policy.
When X refuses
- We report again under the other policy: a refused nudity report can succeed as private media, and the reverse.
- We report the accounts, not only the posts, when they repeatedly share leaked content.
- We cite Philippine law: RA 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act) for intimate content and RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act) for personal data. We are not a law firm and give no legal advice.
Honest limits
- Direct messages between other users are private: we cannot see or report them.
- Accounts can be recreated. Monitoring for re-uploads catches new posts quickly.
For the complete process, see remove a leaked video and remove intimate images. If the clip also sits on tube sites, we remove your video from adult websites; for doxxing beyond X, we remove personal information. See content removal prices and the other platforms we handle.
Frequently asked questions
Will the alter account know who reported the post?
No. X does not tell the account owner who filed a report, and we report under our name. When X needs confirmation that you are the person shown, that confirmation goes to X only, never to the account owner. We tell you before sharing any detail.
How long does X take to remove a leaked video?
We act within 48 hours of your order, faster with the larger packs. X decides on its own timetable, often within days for intimate media. We check every link until it is gone and report again when a post stays online without a clear reason.
The video was reposted by many accounts. Is each one a link?
Yes, each post URL is one link, which is why the 10, 20 and 50 link packs fit most X cases. Reporting a whole account counts as one link too. We list the posts during the free assessment so you know the price before paying.
Can you remove a tweet that is only insulting me?
Sometimes. Insults alone rarely break X’s rules, but harassment, threats, doxxing and private photos do. During the free assessment we tell you honestly which rule applies, or that the post is likely to stay, before you pay anything.
