Remove an Indeed company review that breaks the rules
An Indeed review of your company names a team leader, reveals client information or was posted by someone who never worked for you? NetClearer checks it against Indeed’s review guidelines and reports it to Indeed directly on your behalf, with the right reason and evidence. Indeed decides. To remove an Indeed review costs from ₱1,400 per review, taxes included.

Indeed review guidelines: what can be removed
Employers cannot delete Indeed reviews: there is no delete button, only a report. Indeed keeps honest reviews of real work experience, even very negative ones, and moderates those that break its guidelines, including:
- Personal details about individuals beyond their role: names with personal attacks, contact details, private life.
- Abusive or discriminatory content: threats, slurs, harassment.
- Unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory statements presented as facts.
- Conflicts of interest: reviews by competitors, or by people paid, forced or pressured to post, in either direction.
- Irrelevant or unhelpful content that does not describe working at the company.
How we report to Indeed
- Free assessment. You send us the review links. We tell you which guideline each one breaks, or that it does not, before you pay.
- Authorisation. You sign a short mandate letter naming NetClearer as your representative. We never ask for your login and are never added to your employer account.
- Report. Each review on a Company Page has a Report review option. We report the review and contact Indeed’s support team directly on your behalf, with the reason that fits best and a short explanation.
- Evidence. If Indeed’s team asks for more, we provide it: proof that the person was never employed, or messages showing a review was pressured or traded.
- Follow-up. We check the review after the decision and report back. If Indeed asks the account owner to confirm something, we tell you.
Named employees and confidential information
The strongest Indeed cases protect people and data rather than the company’s image. A review calling out a named supervisor with personal insults, or quoting client names, internal figures or account details, puts individuals and contracts at risk. Those are also the details the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) protects in the Philippines. We cite the guideline first; we are not a law firm and do not send legal threats to reviewers.
BPO review waves
Contact centres and BPOs in Manila, Cebu, Clark or Davao hire in large batches, so they also receive reviews in waves: after a training class closes, a client account ends or a site changes shift policy. A wave usually mixes genuine complaints, which stay, with copy-pasted posts, reviews from applicants who never started, and posts naming team leads. We sort the wave, report only the reviews that break Indeed’s rules, and suggest a public reply for the rest. Glassdoor often receives the same wave: see remove Glassdoor reviews.
What we never do
- We never post reviews or ask employees to post positive ones in exchange for anything.
- We never try to identify or pressure the reviewer.
- Honest criticism of pay, management or workload stays: we report only guideline breaches.
Indeed is one of the platforms we cover to remove fake reviews. Prices: 1 review ₱1,400, 3 for ₱3,800, 10 for ₱10,550 (content removal prices).
Frequently asked questions
Will Indeed tell the reviewer that we reported them?
Reports go to Indeed’s moderation team, not to the reviewer, and the review simply disappears if it is removed. We never try to find out who wrote it, and we advise you not to look for the author: it can create a separate problem with your employees.
Can you remove a review just because it is false?
Only if the falsehood fits a guideline, such as someone who never worked for you or a defamatory claim about a named person. A disputed opinion about salary or management is not removable. In that case we write a factual employer response instead.
We received 20 bad reviews in a week. What does that cost?
We first sort them for free and tell you how many break the rules. You then pay only for those: ₱1,400 for one, ₱3,800 for three, ₱10,550 for ten, taxes included. Genuine reviews in the wave are not reported.
Do you need access to our Indeed employer account?
No. We contact Indeed directly as your authorised representative, on the basis of a mandate letter you sign. You keep full control of your employer account, and we are never added as a user. If Indeed asks the account owner to confirm something, we tell you.
