Remove a fake Badoo profile using your photos
A fake Badoo profile uses your photos or name? NetClearer reports it to Badoo’s support team with the proof that the photos are yours, even if you have no Badoo account, follows up until Badoo decides, and looks for the same photos on other dating apps. From ₱2,050 per profile, taxes included.

What we remove on Badoo
- Profiles using your photos with another name, age or city.
- Profiles pretending to be you, with your name and pictures (“may fake Badoo account gamit picture ko”).
- Scam profiles that use your face to win trust and then ask for money, gifts or intimate photos.
- Several copies of the same fake profile, since scammers often run more than one.
Badoo impersonation reports
Badoo, part of the Bumble Inc. group, asks members to use real photos of themselves. A profile built on someone else’s pictures can be reported in two ways:
- From inside Badoo: open the profile, use the menu to Report it and choose the reason that fits. This needs a Badoo account.
- Through Badoo’s help center: a message to support explaining who is being impersonated, with the profile link or exact username. People without an account can use this route.
Spelling matters: support needs the exact username, age and city shown on the profile. We collect those details, with screenshots, before filing anything.
Photo verification as proof
Badoo has a photo verification feature: members take a selfie copying a pose, and moderators compare it with their profile photos. Verified profiles show a check mark.
This works in your favour. If you have a Badoo account, verifying it gives support a reference to compare with the photos on the fake profile. If you do not, we show that the photos are yours another way: links to your public profiles where the same pictures were first posted, with their dates. A fake profile that is not verified, using photos that already appear on your Facebook or Instagram, is a strong case.
Scams from fake profiles
Your photos on Badoo are rarely used for fun. The usual pattern is a romance scam: the fake profile chats for days, moves to another app, then asks for money for an emergency, a ticket or a parcel fee. Sometimes it asks for intimate photos and turns into blackmail.
If someone contacts you or your family claiming you owe them money, keep the messages and report to the CICC hotline 1326. If intimate images are involved, see sextortion help first.
When Badoo does not act
- We write again with stronger proof: earlier dates of your photos, more screenshots, other copies found.
- We cite your rights under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), which treats your photos as personal information. We are not a law firm and give no legal advice.
- We check the other apps where the same scammer may be active: remove a fake Tinder profile and remove a fake PinaLove profile.
Honest limits
- Badoo does not always confirm the outcome to the person who reported. We check whether the profile is still visible.
- A blocked scammer can sign up again with your photos. The larger packs include monitoring.

Frequently asked questions
Can a fake Badoo profile be removed if I am not on Badoo?
Yes. Badoo’s help center accepts messages from people who are not members, and impersonation victims usually are not. We send the report with the profile details and the proof that the photos are yours. You never need to create an account or contact the person behind the profile.
Will the scammer know who reported the profile?
No. Reports go to Badoo’s moderators, not to the profile owner, and we file them under our name. If Badoo asks the person shown to confirm their identity, that proof goes only to Badoo. We tell you before sharing anything about you.
How long does Badoo take to remove a fake profile?
We file within 48 hours of your order. Badoo does not publish a response time. We check the profile after a few days, write again if it is still online, and keep you informed by Messenger or email until there is a decision.
What does it cost if there are several fake profiles?
Each profile counts as one link: ₱2,050 for one, ₱4,900 for three, ₱14,100 for ten, taxes included. The free assessment comes first, so you know exactly how many profiles we found and the price before paying.
