Remove a TikTok video or fake account about you
A TikTok video shows you without consent, mocks you, or a poser account uses your photos? NetClearer reports it to TikTok under the right rule (privacy, harassment or impersonation), adds proof of identity when needed, and tracks re-uploads and duets. From ₱2,050 per link, taxes included, after a free assessment.

What we remove on TikTok
- Videos posted without your consent: hidden-camera clips, private moments, footage filmed at work or school.
- Videos sharing your personal information: name with address, phone number, GCash number or ID.
- Harassment videos that target you by name, including “exposé” and call-out videos.
- Poser accounts (“may poser ako sa TikTok”) that use your name or photos.
- Re-uploads, duets and stitches of a removed video, and the same clip on other accounts.
Privacy and harassment reports
TikTok’s Community Guidelines forbid sharing personal information that can lead to harm, such as stalking or fraud, and forbid harassment and bullying of private individuals. A report from inside the app goes to moderation with a reason chosen from a list. Choosing the wrong reason is the first cause of refusal.
TikTok also has a privacy report web form in its legal section, for people whose personal data appears in a video. We use it when the problem is your data rather than a rule broken in the video, and we describe exactly which part of the video identifies you.
Impersonation reports
For a fake account, the in-app route is Report, then the account option for pretending to be someone else. TikTok also accepts impersonation reports through its online support form, which does not require you to have an account. In both cases TikTok asks the person impersonated, or their representative, to prove who they are, usually with a government ID.
We prepare the report with the fake profile link, screenshots of your real profile photos, and the ID you choose to provide. Your ID goes to TikTok only and we delete our copy when the case is closed.
Re-uploads and duets
A removed TikTok often comes back: someone saved it, posts it on a new account, or shares it as a duet or stitch with commentary. Each new video needs its own report, but it is faster the second time because we cite the earlier decision.
The 20 link pack and the monthly plans include monitoring, so new copies are reported as they appear. If the clip also spreads on YouTube Shorts or Facebook Reels, see remove a YouTube video about you and remove Facebook posts about you.
Defamatory videos
TikTok does not judge whether a claim is true. A video saying you are a scammer or a cheater is removed when it breaks a rule: harassment, your personal data, or a private video of you. When it only expresses an opinion, we tell you so during the assessment. False accusations can be a criminal matter under the Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175); we are not a law firm and suggest a lawyer for that route.
When TikTok refuses
- We appeal or report again under a better-matching reason, with more context.
- We use the privacy web form when the in-app report failed.
- We remove the Google result for the video page where Google’s policies allow it.
Honest limits
- Videos shared in private messages or saved on phones are out of reach.
- Satire and commentary about public figures are usually allowed by TikTok.

Frequently asked questions
Will the uploader know I reported the TikTok video?
TikTok does not tell the uploader who reported a video for a community guidelines breach. Impersonation and privacy forms are read by TikTok staff only. We file under our name and tell you beforehand if a form requires your own name or ID.
Can you report a TikTok if I do not have an account?
Yes. We file the report ourselves, and TikTok’s online forms for impersonation and privacy do not require the person concerned to have a TikTok account. You only need to send us the video or profile links, plus your ID for impersonation cases.
How long does TikTok take to decide?
We act within 48 hours of your order. TikTok often answers in-app reports within days; web form cases can take longer, and some need a second report. We follow each link until TikTok decides and keep you informed by Messenger or email.
What if TikTok says the video does not break its rules?
We read the refusal and look for another ground: a privacy form instead of a harassment report, or the Google result instead of the video. If no rule applies, we tell you honestly rather than keep billing for reports that will fail.
