Recording and tube sites

Chaturbate’s own rules forbid viewers from recording or capturing another user’s stream. Some people do it anyway, with screen recorders or automated tools that capture whole channels, then post the files on sites built for cam recordings, on general tube sites and in Telegram channels.

• Tube sites where clips are re-uploaded with your username in the title

DMCA as the performer

A broadcast you create is usually your copyrighted work, which is why the copyright route is the strongest one here. A DMCA notice identifies the work, lists the exact URLs, gives the sender’s contact details and signature, and states in good faith, under penalty of perjury, that the use is not authorised. We send it as your authorised agent, in our name where the site allows it, so your legal name does not have to appear on every notice. Before the first notice, we send you a short mandate letter (agent authorisation) to sign; it names NetClearer as your authorised agent, and from then on we contact the sites, their hosts and Google ourselves.

Before sending, we check who holds the rights. If you broadcast through a studio, or signed an agreement that gives rights or a licence to someone else, the notice must reflect that, and we may need the studio’s authorisation. We send no notice we cannot stand behind.

Host and Google removal

Many recording sites ignore notices or hide their contact details. We then identify the company hosting the site and report the copies there, since hosts that ignore valid copyright notices lose their own legal protection in the US.

For Google, we file copyright removal requests for the URLs. Google’s policy on non-consensual intimate images excludes content you are being paid to commercialise, so for paid shows the copyright route is generally the right one. If a recording comes from a private moment that was never meant to be broadcast, the non-consensual route may still apply, and we tell you which in the assessment. Ongoing monitoring

Recording sites capture new shows as long as you broadcast, so a single clean-up rarely lasts. The 20-link pack includes monitoring for re-uploads, and the monthly plans, from ₱5,600, include regular checks for your performer name with new notices sent as copies appear. You can keep broadcasting while we keep the archives clean.

Honest limits

• Copies already downloaded by viewers cannot be recalled; removal stops them from being found and shared publicly.
• Some sites file counter-notices or move hosts. We follow up, and Google removal still applies.
• If you were under 18 in any recording, report it first to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, the NBI or the CICC hotline 1326.
