Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Protecting privacy is our job, so we take yours seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to us as a French company.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The personal information controller is SUPER WEBMASTER (Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (French simplified joint-stock company), RCS Paris, SIRET 884 336 397 00010), 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, which operates NetClearer Philippines.
Data Protection Officer: Pierre Billard. Contact: contact@netclearer.asia (subject: “Privacy”).
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, mobile number, Facebook/Messenger name.
- Case information: the links to the content you want removed, the platform concerned, your description of the situation and, where needed, proof that you are the person concerned or authorised to act.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive the amount, the plan, the date and the last digits of your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us by Messenger, email or the contact form.
Some cases involve sensitive personal information (for example intimate images, health or legal matters). We process it only to the extent strictly necessary to handle your request, with your consent. We never ask for, and you should never send us, intimate photos or videos: the links are enough.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To handle your case (assessment, removal requests, follow-up, reports): performance of our contract with you, and your consent for sensitive information.
- To take payment and keep accounting records: legal obligation.
- To answer your questions before you order: steps taken at your request.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our service: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising profiling, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
- The organisations that receive our requests (platforms, search engines, website owners, publishers), only to the extent strictly necessary to process each request.
- Our service providers, who process data on our instructions:
- Stripe (payment processing);
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger, if you contact us there);
- Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and the Turnstile anti-spam check on our contact form);
- Google (the fonts on this website are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address);
- Hostinger (our email provider, which receives the messages sent through our contact form).
- Authorities, when required by law.
5. International transfers
We are based in France, and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms), and we remain accountable for your data wherever it is processed, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
6. How long we keep it
- Case files: 3 years after our last action on your case.
- Proof of identity: deleted once it has been used with the organisations concerned.
- Accounting records (invoices, payments): 10 years, as required by French commercial law.
- Messages from people who did not become clients: 3 years after the last contact.
7. Security
Access to case files is limited to the people handling them. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and we apply organisational, physical and technical security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is processed;
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased or blocked;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- be indemnified for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false or unlawfully obtained data.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@netclearer.asia. We may ask you to prove your identity. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph) or, if you live in the European Union, with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
9. Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools. When you pay, Stripe’s payment page may use cookies needed for security and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe’s privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
